2FA code retrieval takes too long

Hello everyone, i made the dire mistake to forget my 2fa code. This is day 8 of my trial, with kucoin answering with stall mails. Is there anyone like me with the same problem? Is there anyone with his kind of problem finally solved? I am essentially locked out of my assets(not a usa person). Ticket no. 3630045.
