2FA reset confirmed by email but the website still asks me for a 2FA code.
I got a new iPhone, so I submitted a 2FA reset, then, I received an email informing me that two-factor authentication is now disabled in my account, suggesting to me to enable it in this link: [https://www.bitstamp.net/account/security/two-factor-authentication/](https://www.bitstamp.net/account/security/two-factor-authentication/)
Once I follow the link I put in my User ID and my password but still asks me for a 2FA code. What am I missing? I need help, please.
HI! You will always be asked for the 2FA code, but if you’ve recently turned off this feature, you can click on ‘Skip this step’ when you get to the 6-digit part. That should let you log in with just your username and password.
