2nd SubAccount creation failure

Hey there,

I hope anyone has got some recommendations regarding my issue.

I successfully created my 1st subaccount and tried then open a 2nd subaccount, but this fails to create all the time with the following error-message:
” This sub-account name already exists, please choose another name.”

I tried several different names, different browsers, cleared cache, switched devices. It just stays the same.
Anyone got a similar issue and has found a way to get it to work?
