6 days with no reply about 2FA reset

Account verification took no more than an hour when I first created the account. I submitted for 2FA reset 6 days ago with a follow up email to the support@bitstamp.net on Monday and haven’t gotten any replies back. I’ve called the US number to ask for some info and was told I just needed to wait for the reset email. How long has anyone had to wait for a response?
