I need help ! Anyone from Binance My money is stuck in your exchange

My phone went dead and I lost access to my Google 2FA , I submitted a ticket to reset my 2FA and I uploaded all the requested documents and pictures, until now i got no Action to help me in this bullish market I’m locked away from my account for more than 15 days now with many emails sent , All i need is to reset my google 2FA FOR GOD SAKE !
