According to Bitstamp I have breached their ‘terms of use’. To clarify I purchased a small amount of BTC months ago and all I’ve done is hold it and check my balance using the app. Just as BTC hits its ATH – I’m no trying to get my money back with zero communication on how much is getting transferred and when. The whole thing stinks. Anyone else had to deal with this from Bitstamp?

Hi, we only terminate a business relationship with a user in accordance with our Terms of Use after a thorough process, and it is not a decision we take lightly. Your funds will be returned to the destination you should’ve provided and I would urge you to reply to your ongoing ticket if you have additional questions or comments.

I’m in the process of dealing with my ongoing ticket but not getting any response when I ask how much USD I will be refunded after you liquidated my Bitcoin without any warning or justification. I am without doubt the most boring, straightforward and transparent use you must have. I bought a small amount of Crypto and then sat on it doing nothing other than checking my balance. I guess I could stomach not knowing why you decided to terminate my account if I was given some warning so I could get my affairs in order and withdraw my balance. Instead I have no idea who has my money, how much I have left and when I’m going to get it back. The whole situation is shady AF and the way Bitcoin have handled this so-called breach of your ‘terms of use’ is absolutely appalling.

Same issue here, bitstamp terminated my wife, my mom & my accounts for no reason.

After throwing the towel in over establishing exactly what I was supposed to have done wrong I sent them all the documents they asked for in order to refund my balance.

I had to go to the bank and get a stamped statement which isn’t easy these days as there are no banks… I also provided a photo of me with my bank card.

The latest BS I’m getting from BitStamp is that my card numbers don’t match the card numbers used to buy my Cypto. THAT’S BECAUSE MY LAST DEBIT CARD HAD EXPIRED AND IVE BEEN GIVEN A NEW ONE.

Bitstamp are either total clowns or doing a great job off messing me about.

Anyone looking to invest in Crypto needs to take the time to do some research. My experience of using Bitstamp has been truly terrible.

    GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
