After depositing some coins in my account and starting the ID verification process, I cannot login anymore: wrong password. Have I been hacked or is there an issue on Huobi’s side?

When I click password forgotten in order to reset the password, I do not receive a code via email.

However, after submitting the password 5 times, the account get’s locked for 2h and I receive an email.

What’s going on?
