So, I only planned to use this platform once to avoid huge fees on uniswap. I do my shit, and I came back to sell and I forgot the damn trading password.

Apparently I need a pic with my face, a handwritten note and my ID in my hands, one little problem, I don’t have a videography studio available to get the optimal lighting or someone to take the picture so I can use both hands.

Tried twice, twice I got rejected.

I’ll try again today.

Since I feel like this one will get rejected too, you can shove those 2k up your ass, kucoin.

    Seriously write it down and put it somewhere safe

    I did the KYC on my own.
    It wasn’t easy holding a passport a piece of paper and taking a photo with my mobile in one hand but it can be done .
    With one hand hold the paper and passport. Hold the passport on top of the paper with one hand. Get your mobile phone and mess about with it until you get a clear picture.

    I did all of this about ten times, finally came on here and bitched. The next day they reset my trading password and I got my money. A week later my info was sold on the dark web.
