I am trying to withdraw XLM to a MEW address I have used many times before but am getting “Address Authentication Failed” at the last bit. Does anyone know why?

    Because MEW is a Ethereum wallet only. If Binance allowed you to send those funds to your MEW address, you could lose those XLM forever. You need to use a Stellar based wallet. Go to Stellar.org and click on wallets. They have many free options.
