Binance has frozen my $1k for 15 days with no response from customer support

On Christmas I sent $1k of bitcoin from coinbase to binance so I could buy substratum. Binance said my account was being accessed by an unfamiliar IP so, thinking my account was hacked, I disabled it. After tracing the IP, I realized my account was fine so I emailed Binance to unlock the account. A few days later they responded telling me to send in pics of me with my license. I’ve sent in those pictures at least 5 time, binance will not respond. I wanted to buy substratum 2 weeks ago when it was 80 cents. It’s now over $3 and binance still won’t respond. Anyone else every encounter this problem / have any idea how I can resolve the issue?
