Hello everyone,

I’ve been trying to make transfers to binance from my SEPA bank for days, for some reason about half of all my transfers get transferred back to my bank account. The transfers are made via a SEPA bank from Europe, Austria. I have done everything as described on the binance site. I copied the correct bank details such as IBAN and receivers name and my name from the binance account is also the same as the name from my bank account, so it can’t be that. The funny thing is that some transfers get through and some don’t, which is why I have no idea what to do. For example, I transferred €1000 once and then €2000 once, the €2000 arrived on my binance account and the 1000 were transferred back to me by binance. I would be really happy if someone could help me because I tried to contact binance several times, but without success, or if someone could tell me which e-mail I could use to report such a problem to binance, it would be really helpful. Thanks in advance to everyone who answers me, I hope everything was described in an understandable way, since I’m from Austria, as I said, and my English isn’t the best.

Dutch users on Twitter reporting [they can’t get any SEPA transfers to work](https://twitter.com/Cryptadamist/status/1621033133817868288) so I guess consider yourself lucky?

Did you try a realtime transfer. I normally do that and have the money 10-30min later on binance.
But I also never had problems with SEPA without realtime.

You can also earn up to 8% APY on your crypto assets when you store them with NEXO.
