**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

    Hello binance , my funds has been locked for the 4th month now and I still can understand the reason, I was told it has been expedited and I would receive a notification soon, but yet nothing is happening, this is my account and my money being held for reasons best known to you , my family is suffering and yet nothing is happening, it seems you guys don’t care about the wellbeing or condition of your users but only yourself and your policy, not minding how it affects your users life or the the damages done as a result of it, my family has been suffering and I have been begging for scrubs to eat from friends and well wishers to survive because i decided to use binance , you locked my account and restricted my withdrawal so I can’t move my funds to help my family , I’m not a criminal or a terrorist, I’m just a user trying to survive and help his family, for the sake of my 5 months baby sister , I can send pictures of their conditions as a result of all this ,the world should know what binance is doing to me , how my life is almost ruined, I want my account back so I can withdraw my funds here’s my case Id 115173067

    Hello Binance I’ve just created my account a couple days ago and I’ve been trying to link my bank account to the app and I get to the stage where I enter the OTP and I get and error message after inputting the OTP . MY id is 878257960

    0061366 is too small amount to withdraw and swapping coins isn’t allowed anymore in Canada. I can send it as a Binance transfer. Would anyone be willing to take it and send me .005 back? I’ll send first if the account see a trustworthy.

    Hello,

    I need help with understanding the Binance csv. According to my tax tool, I received ETH on a certain day. Looking this up in the transcation history, it shows up as “SPOT” “DEPOSIT” “ETH”. I also received an Email on this day saying “Deposit confirmed – You received ### ETH in your Binance account. Does this mean I bought ETH directly with a credit card? If yes, under which history section would I be able to find this payment confirmation?

    This was the first transaction after opening my account in 2021 and I didn’t have any FIAT on there yet either, so logically it must’ve been ETH bought directly with credit card no?

    Is there any reason why the historical limit order book data is no longer accessible to anyone but VIP1 and up, now it makes it so that there’s no feasible way to get all historical L1 quotes and trades data. I wish you would either backfiill the new bookTicker historical data or provide the LOB data to regular users again.

    Hi, I am new to Binance API and I am testing it. I subscribed to btcusdt@trade websocket and sell a certain amount of btcusdt (using a quantity that is easy to identify, say 0.12345), and the trade is filled. However, I don’t see this transaction from websocket. What could be reasons?

    How can I report a bug? I encountered dangerous bugs in copy trading and they need to be addressed to the developer team.

    The first one is that even though I use the fixed ratio at default settings, it opened a position with 90% of my available margin balance while the lead trader used a small portion of his margin balance. (like 9-10%) It should copy in proportional percentage in fixed ratio mode with the lead trader. I could get liquidated if I didn’t pay attention to that.

    The second one happened with another leader. He opened 2 positions and I was in fixed ratio mode, but those positions didn’t appear on me at all. No orders were placed on my side. There were no error e-mails either.

    I’ve opened an account with Binance after studying myself for quite some time and having received suggestions by various people – some of which provided me with their referral codes.

    I’ve written “binance” in my browser bar and google search provided me the correct url. I clicked on it, looked for the sign up section on the homepage and registered.

    All fine until I get to the referral code input screen. The field already contained a code that I could not modify.

    I asked the chat support but it didn’t provide any useful information on how to undo the situation.

    >Referees may not switch from lite referral to standard referral and vice versa : referrals cannot be amended. Can I add / change the referral code ? In principle, after registration, it’s no longer possible to add or change the referral code. There is however an exception, users can still add a referral code upon opening a Futures account. Can I change my referrer or remove my referrer? That’s not possible, sorry. Rest assured that the details shared with your referrer are limited.

    My guess is that by not connecting directly to Binance via the exact URL but passing through google search, google was assigned as referrer. This doesn’t seem right. IS it possible to fix?

    My withdrawals have been suspended for more than 30 days and I do not know the reason for this. I contacted support and they did not respond to me. I have been a client of Binance for more than 6 years and this is the first time I have been exposed to this situation. Please solve my problem. I have lost many of my clients because of this.     Anyone having problem logging in?

    I enter my password, no problem, then I go to authenticator or email and about 80% of the time it says “please log in first” when I enter the correct code. I’m not a newbie I’ve had an account for over 3 years now but this is new for me.

    I do go back and re enter password and it eventually worked in the past but now it hasn’t worked in 20 min of trying.

    My withdrawal had been suspended by binance and I’ve been trying to reach customer support via live chat but I was always given a standard reply, i am not sure what have I done wrongly, I even paid $15000 for binance as merchant deposit but you just locked my whole account up, and no reason was given by customer support how am I suppose to cooperate with binance if you needed any investigation materials?
