**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

● Spot, margin & futures trading

Hello, how to remove “Your withdrawals have been temporarily disabled pending a review of your account activity”. Tried contacting support in binance website lots of times, always getting standard responses or something like “we will reach you soon with response”. Already 6 months passed and binance still doing as they call “standard review”

Since Binance AUS removed the ability to withdraw fiat to an AUD bank account, can anyone recommend the best way to turn any crypto sitting in Binance, back into AUD and then back in to my AUD bank account?

Hi, I keep receiving emails from you about Paysafe and that I still have Euros in the account. Is that the Euros that are in my Binance Card? How can I convert them to BTC, for example?

Any ETA on being able to use the Binance app on desktop from the PC in the UK? Its my main focus and i’ve not been able to use it for many weeks now.
Why does my PNL analysis show a steep drop of approximately 90% this month, yet my total balance still displays as expected? I haven’t moved any funds into or out of my account lately, so this has me a little uneasy.

I have binance account which is locked a week ago and when i ask binance support team about this they said its freeze by law enforcement and they give details for case officer, I talk them and ask the issue , they need clarification on 1 transaction which is deposit in my account , i gave them and officer asked binance to send that transaction to authorities wallet , once done , account will be released by their side , I agree the terms
But when i ask binance they said they have no information to share , And case officer already ask binance to unlocked my account

Why isn’t there on option to set TP/SL before placing an order now? I’m a customer from the UK and had to change over from Bybit since it’s no longer available for UK customers, I understand I won’t have full access to all of Binance’s functions, but am I missing something that I’m not able to set it before ordering? Also any do any of the UK customers have any tips for using Binance for things like Withdrawals etc?

I‘m not able to do anything with my funds for more than 8 weeks now. Because of the „PaySafe review“.
Binance has started to block the withdrawals a way before the deadline 25th September for me.
Until now there are just excuses with „your funds are SAFU, we working hard to solve it“ by the support for 8 weeks…
There were no further explanations.
So guys, when I get my money back?
October 31st is the self-announced deadline to withdraw or convert Euros from the account by Binance.
What will happen to my money then?

First and foremost, I would like to share my story with Binance, I hold a substantial amount of money in my account. On October 8th of this year, my account was partially suspended, preventing me from conducting trades or withdrawing funds. I was requested to contact the Israeli police for unknown reasons, despite the fact that there are no significant transaction movements on my account.
I have reached out to the company’s support several times; however, regrettably, the response has consistently been to contact the Israeli police. This is highly disgraceful. I have been a client since 2021, and my account was suspended without any prior warning or explanation. After communicating with the Israeli police, I was asked to provide my personal information used to open the account, along with my personal ID, and yet, up until now, I have not received any answer as to why my account was suspended or when it will be reactivated.
Is this reasonable? Is it possible that in this century, our accounts can still be blocked or controlled?
Do you have any solutions?

I have european visa card, can i transfer money from binance to visa?
I’m confused, on saturday I bought BTC for 2.5k. In the email it said the exchange rate was 1 BTC = 31887 CHF (my currency). However at the time I bought it, and I double checked it the price was actually around 30850 CHF. Where did the extra 1k come from? Did I pay more than I should have?
31887 CHF would be 35350 USD which wasn’t the price for bitcoin on saturday. I don’t think we even went over 35k the past week.
Where can I find the information of my binance account number, bank code, iban, bank name etc?
I need to disclose all my investments in my workplace. I found this information about the trade republic app pretty easily but not with binance.
How to report scams? Got invited to some random Binance WhatsApp group. I do not have a Binance account and have *less* than zero interest in doing *any* business with you. However, it would fill me with tremendous joy if those… [insert not so nice words] would face serious consequences.
