**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

**2. Security issues**
● Report hacked accounts and funds.
● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.
**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**
● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.
● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**
● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.
**5. Trading system and other account issues**
● Spot, margin & futures trading
● P2P disputes
● Binance Visa Card transactions
● Unable to complete KYC
● Any other issues

and iI suspect that some stablecoin issuers and other exchanges are in on the scam.
and binance has turned into an informer site for the so called ”global powerhungry authorities”

Hello Binance support, can you please explain issue related to blocked accounts of Yieldnodes corporation?
There are affected thousands of investors and their capital.

Summary: Withdrawals don’t work and attempting them result in an error “Your account may be at risk. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance.”. My comment linked above contains all the details.
4 days later:
– No resolution after being promised a 48 hours resolution window
– No response from support agents
– Binance banned me from using a customer chat support box – it simply stops working after I type something, while it works non-logged-in
– Binance are withholding my 2 BTC and don’t provide any reason for doing that
My case wasn´t solved until now. I still didn’t get a solution to my case. I that’s been almost a month now with nothing but empty promises. When will my case be checked? Yesterday i got told from support it takes another 3-4 weeks? Why cant you just issue a new card and send it to me, that would fix the problem.

Hi when will the binance bridge be up & running again as its effecting my balance in trust wallet.

I’m tired of waiting in this fking queue. WHEN CAN I USE MY CARD? It’s been locked for weeks. Since September 21st I’ve had my binance card locked due to “suspicious activity” which was just me trying to take money out of my account from an ATM. Ridiculous. I’ve tried explaining myself many times, but I’m always put right back in an infinite queue and my problem remains unsolved. I’m close to closing the account for good.

This morning after seeing a popup in the Binance application for the Binance Debit Card, I decided to proceed with it.
After completed the process all successfully and receiving the 5 BUSD bonus (Whatever), at the next access to the app my account was blocked from achieving any activity but Withdrawal.
As no explanation is being given to be via support chat I am now trying to post here my case hoping that any of the moderators can assist on reviewing my case or guiding me through the proper path of resolution.
I am a Binancian for several years now and as no legislation has changed in my country and my friends are all using the application with no issues the remaining factor is the binance card action that probably triggered the verification process and something must have gone wrong.
Could you please help?

Few days after transferring fiat, my account’s withdrawal is locked due to risk management. Binance.US Requested to share docs, which has been shared, it has been 5 days, no update from Binance.US.
Customer service says, they escalated, but no response.
Fiat transfer 10 days lock is completed, I am still not able to withdraw.
Can reddit Binance.US fix this delay and enable withdrawal ASAP?
Simple question,
without thinking I sent 0.1 eth to my deposit address not remembering I had to redo my verification and it was still pending (that means I couldn’t deposit until i got confirmed again). Will the deposit go through after it gets confirmed or I just lost them?
