**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    hi, i received this message in binance:

    “From 31 October 2023 Paysafe will block the use of your EUR fiat balance for crypto purchases, and only permit your EUR fiat balance to be withdrawn into your bank account. To avoid this, you may convert your EUR fiat balance to USDT.”

    does this mean:

    a: i can not deposit any more euros to binance after 31 october for bying crypto, and if, how can i then byu if i cant deposit any more euros?

    b: can i anymore sell my cryptos to euros, and withdrawn the money to my bank account, and if not, how can i get my money out of binance when want?

    I wonder how this person feels. I know how I felt when I realized I had fallen for a crypto scam, I am glad I found this community where I was referred to u/@golf_hack_team)ON Instagram . I didn’t accept that my money was gone forever, I thank everyone that supported me during that period because I would have given up if not for their being there for me.     When I try to exchange my xrp to euro it says “Service Not Available – Based on our Internal policy, this service is not available to your account. Please select another currency or payment method to proceed.”

    I don’t know why it says that as my friend does not have the same problem but we have the same account types as far as I am aware. And yes my account is verified.

    Any help wouod be great thanks.

    Hello my binance account is under a state of restricted withdraw error and i see that a lot of people are having the same problem and waiting weeks for it for simply not get resolved i simply cannot wait 1 month for my funds to be released for obvious reasons it’s all my money that i have and i have a customer funds with i was supposed to do a crypto to crypto exchange and now he’s funds is stuck with a long side my whole crypto portfolio i simply CANNOT WAIT A MONTH it’ll literally ruin my business that i have going and I’m going to reconsider using binance after this Case ID #107092706 please help me i cannot wait 1 month i simply can’t it’ll ruin everything that i have going on

    Has anyone else noticed that the Spot Grid trading option on Binance doesn’t allow the selecting of any PEPE trading pair? Searching for PEPE at the Grid Trading screen yields no result despite it being listed for normal trading on Binance, and with something volatile as PEPE, that’s literally where the Spot Grid trading would be most useful:

    Hey I stored some funds on binance DEX via a ledger in 2021. I have no idea how to access the funds as plugging my ledger into ledger live shows I have none. Did binance hold my funds? I have no idea how to file a case either. Thank you.

    I have received a non-reply email from Binance who say my account has been suspended because of some civil case in Cyprus. I have no idea what this is, I don’t live or have anything to do with cyprus, I am a British citizen, live in the UK and am trading privately. Please could a specialist look at this? clearly there is an error here, this looks like something from a completely different part of the [world.No](https://world.No) furrther response from Binance from any of the email addresses given, or the 3rd party email this supposidly relates to. I see articles on what to do for opening a trailing stop position, however, I do not see an option to set one for an open position.     I am a Dutch citizen, with a fair amount of USDT (for my situation) in a Binance account. Two weeks ago I received an email that Binance is suspending all its business in the Netherlands by July 12th. I wish to now withdraw all my assets from the exchange. But I have found no way to do so. I cannot withdraw fiat from this region. I cannot use P2P-trading from this region. Using a VPN is not resolving the problem either, I think Binances blocks it. What can I do here?

    After paying in euros with Binance Card in USDT I get a very bad rate last days. I feel cheated as this has never happened before and I’m used to things always working well. My case ID #106726235. Please help me with this

    1) Before purchase the Payment Priority shows the correct exchange rate 193.81 / 210.59 = 0.92

    &#x200B;

    2) At the time of purchase as support says transaction is on the spot market. But for some reason the rate does not coincide with the spot market rate at this time.

    3) Binance take a commission of 0.9%, which is nowhere specified in the FAQ or in the link that was sent by support.

    4) E.g. buy 676 EUR -> 754 USDT = 0.89 (which is much higher than spot + 0.9% commission if there is one, but there is no information about it except support)

    Support recommends changing USDT to EUR yourself. But I can not do it because I get the error “Service Not Available This service is not available for you residential country, if you have changed your residential address already, please help to update your proof of address. (PA9990000012)”

    How do you deal with cases where trading was blocked *for months* because verification wasnt being dealt with? And more specifically, this is a case for a Belgian citizen where you arent allowed to operate anymore. Will you skip the verification and finally give access so funds can be moved? I am dropping this message for my dad who has been chatting with your support for months where all documents (INSANE PERSONAL DATA) has been provided. This needs to be resolved asap

    It’s very easy to deposit wrong coin to Binance because it’s not stated exactly which coin you’re accepting. I just deposited Furucombo (COMBO) to Combo (COMBO), you see the ticker is same. So I was asked by Binance for 100 BUSD retrival fee, but it’s not feesible, because I deposited ~35$ of Furucombo.

    Any chance of recovering my funds? And Is there any chance for Binance to provide more info about tokens that are accepted for depositing?

    I was looking forward to the new Launchpool only to find out it has been the least lucrative in years. Launchpads and Launchpools have been the main reasons to hold BNB. I‘m going to sell a big chunk of my BNB now. Not worth the risk holding it. I’m frankly quite disappointed by Binance.
