**Common problems & solutions**

**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**

● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.

● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.

● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.

Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.

**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Please refrain from leaving multiple messages in this thread if your case has already been escalated.

**2. Security issues**

● Report hacked accounts and funds.

● Difficulty to reset 2FA and gain access to your account.

**3. Fiat deposit & withdrawal**

● Fiat (not crypto) is taking longer than expected to arrive in your bank / Binance account.

● Involves intermediaries such as bank transfers or buying crypto with credit/debit cards.

**4. US persons accessing old Binance.com accounts for offboarding & withdrawal of funds**

● Your funds are SAFU. If you experience issues with withdrawing remaining funds, follow the above steps to get to our live chat queue – our agents will try our best to assist you with the offboarding.

**5. Trading system and other account issues**

● Spot, margin & futures trading

● P2P disputes

● Binance Visa Card transactions

● Unable to complete KYC

● Any other issues

    I haven’t had my withdrawals suspended, but I am unable to withdraw fiat or even exchange it for cryptocurrencies.

    I have had no withdrawal suspension but I cannot withdraw fiat, or even use it to trade for crypto.

    It is just sat there useless.

    I’ve tried updates, etc but whenever i click continue on withdraw it states ‘service not available, based on our internal policy this service is not available for your account’

    Could you please follow up on case ID 101830205?

    I had created this 22 days ago – and we found out that mistake is on Binance side – but only what I am getting is messages please wait reply from relevant team – but this “releavant team” never appears in this chat. I hope that Binance is big enough to solve more than 1 ticket per month.

    hi, i use my phone for binance and in order to withdraw any crypto they ask me for my google authenticator, my email code and my phone code, so when i swap from binance to my email or google authenticator to copy the code and come back to binance, my binance app automatically resets and asks me to send the codes again, which i need to go back to my email for a new code but when i go back to binance to paste it it resets again, any idea how to fix it? it worked before idk why, i have a xiaomi

    Hello Case ID #102928268

    Tried to withdraw some DAI and I got the following message

    **Withdrawal function temporarily suspended**

    [RW00142] Your account may be at risk. In order to keep your funds safe, withdrawals have been temporarily disabled. Please contact Customer Support for further assistance.

    I contacted support, and got my case transferred to a specialist but no news after that.

    Will I ever access my crypto again? Any way to speed things up? Are some thoughts I can’t get rid of.

    Any help is really appreciated!

    Why did Binance close my account?

    I’m a KYC’d citizen of PH. My account is verified. All I’ve ever done is store crypto and receive crypto there. I use a VPN. I value my privacy, if that’s grounds for a ban it’s ridiculous!

    They won’t even give me a REASON as to why. I used to think Binance was reputable, that was until the BUSD news. Maybe it’s a sign of what’s to come

    Nothing has changed, I’m still a citizen of the same country.

    Am i still able to report scam accounts here? recently i got phished out of a keplr wallet phrase; in which the attacker moved the coins to a binance account. Would i be able to report / get more information on that matter in this subreddit

    Hello – I am trying to access my historical Binance account (set it up 5+ years ago). I was able to login and then I got bounced to customer service because I am from the US. I was connecting with someone on chat but then the verification functionality was not loading. And now I am getting a 403 error to log on to the website. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    I am waiting for my Fiat SEPA arrive and it still didn’t, I deposited 50€ on Fiat SEPA, 3 days passed and I still didn’t receive it.

    First time using Binance and already a disappointment, I trusted them once they said it would take “3 business days”.

    Hello. I’m trying to deposit usd for the first time in my binance account. I linked my bank account through plaid. Chase bank. Then I received and email from binance about imputing a reference code somewhere but there is no link in the email. I am unsure what to do with this reference code. It’s been 5 days and the deposit is still pending. Also the last four digits of the bank they are linking do not match the last four digits of my bank account. Is this normal for a first time deposit to take this much time? And do I need to take further action with the reference code somewhere? Thank you.

I don’t even know the reason as they are not yet telling the reason. its been already 3 weeks that i am waiting and nothing so far. i am very frustrated. i never did p2p.

    50 days frozen accounts, CS said they will email me within 30 days and the date just keep on moving saying they just started investigation. I keep sending the bank statements and do video call then another agent comes and ask the same there’s no end to it

I am verified multiple times, yet every day I have to take a photo of my ID and a selfie along with it. it is very fucking annoying this was the last time I used this shit… switching to okx and primexbt rather than touching this shithole again. That degen leader CZ should be locked up like a criminal…

    Hello,

    I sent UL_ARBI_COIN, thinking it was just normal USDC, from my Arbitrum network via MetaMask to Binance, but I got the error message “The coin that you deposited is not listed on Binance and cannot be received by the system.”. The amount is not large enough to be worth spending 100 BUSD on, but is there a way to retrieve the funds myself?
