**Common problems & solutions**
**1. Crypto withdrawal suspended**
● You receive a message saying ‘withdrawal suspended due to risk control’ and have been trying to unlock your account.
● Don’t worry, your funds are SAFU. Our agents will try their best to help unlock the withdrawal – please coordinate with our team and provide relevant information when prompted to do so.
● Withdrawal Risk can be triggered by a number of reasons. Risk control is extremely important. Please note that we can only help you if we deem your case to be legitimate, if you have attempted to hack an account and request for unsuspension, you will be unsuccessful as we have processes in place to prevent this.
Our team works extremely hard to resolve these issues as soon as possible and some cases can take time to resolve but please keep in mind the reason for this is to ensure you, our users, are safe.
**Cases replied by our mods are already in the escalation process. A longer wait after escalation = our team is working hard at investigating the issue.** If there are any updates to the case, our agents will reply to you directly in the chat.

Binance is almost next FTX, they scammed me for $3500 which i had saved and invested in binance.
Without any reason they blocked my account temporarily from past 80+ days in the name of violation of term and condition but did not share any reason and when i ask them anything they just told me ‘Its under review kindly wait for indefinite period’
There is no Ethical or moral code of conduct of Binance they first told me it will resolved in 3 days then 10 days then 1 month now they want me to wait indefinitely to access my funds.
I simply believe binance will gonna do same to all @Indian users as its almost banned by government and app store. I urge users to use decentralised wallet And spread the word that binance is doing scams.
I will not stop until i get my hard earned money back.

Binance is unquestionably going through some significant issues. They’ve been blocking users’ withdrawals, mine included, for over a month now. The support responses I’ve received have been unhelpful and vague, typically saying, “We apologize for any inconvenience but would like to reiterate that we are unable to provide any details.”
My account is reportedly under review for supposedly violating their terms and conditions. However, this is impossible, as my account activity involves nothing more than soft trading in BTC. I’m aware im not the only one on this situation and several other people are facing this – its clearly a red flag for Binance security.
It’s deeply concerning and evidently unlawful for a company to withhold a customer’s funds without providing a concrete reason. Not only is it important for me to understand why this is happening, but they should also indicate a clear deadline for resolving the issue.
Sadly, my attempts to solve this problem directly with Binance have been futile. Their support system or even outsourced employers seems to be stuck on auto-reply mode, sending pre-made, non-contributive messages, which does nothing to advance our problem.
I’m extending an invitation to anyone who might be experiencing the same issue: feel free to get in touch with me, so that we can explore potential joint actions to address this situation.

Withdrawal Ristricted: [RW00292]
My case started on April 23, when I received a message to give proof of 2293.97 USDT.
Binance restricted my withdrawal for some suspicious activities that I was not aware of. They asked me for many proofs, which I couldn’t provide successfully, so to avoid any further dispute, I asked them to deduct 2293.97 USD from my account, which they did the very next day. The same amount was deducted from my account, but I still found out that my withdrawal still had the same restriction, and when I went back to the customer service chat, it said the chat was closed. And whenever I type that my withdrawal is restricted, the bot gives out the same reply: “The review of your account is in process.” While I was asked for only 1-3 business days, it has already been more than two weeks.
Now I want Team Binance to please review my case and lift off the restrictions as I have done whatever you asked me to. You have already taken the money you asked me for, so why has my other balance been frozen for weeks now?
I will wait for Team Binance’s response eagerly.

How do I get my assets off an unverified account from Binance.com as a U.S. citizen? I still have some tokens on the other binance that I need to get moved off the non U.S. exchange? The problem is the account is unverified and I will need to verify details to pull tokens off. I have proof that the account is mine prior to forcing US citizens to new US version of Binance?
Fiat deposit via SEPA transfer failed due to risk control from binances service provider.

A friend of mine who did‘t use reddit has his account suspended from trading and withdrawing his EUR fund since over 2 months and there is no end in sight. How can this be possible the account is verified + and he gave an proof where his money came from. Everything was ok after he gave the proof of income the account should be unlockef but what followed was just a strange „PA000001038 Error due to risk controls“ a few days ago the binance support gave a final deadline of 5-7 businessdays. Which was extended again and the last update was it could take a few more weeks to get whitelisted. I mean what doess that even mean? Two more weeks or half a year? My friend is really confused and just wants his money back they don‘t even ask for further evidence.

Binance P2P is currently not loading on either Mozilla or Chrome since this afternoon.
It is stuck on the 4 yellow bars loading.

My account is temporarily suspended for withdrawals
48 days ago Binance suspended my withdrawals, and I can not access my funds since then. My account is fully verified. I am using Binance over 3 years. I contacted support, they transferred my request to an “expert”, and my account was “review” by them.
Is my case too complicated? Or they deliberately delay causing trouble for me.

Ive been contacted by someone claiming to be from Binance via whatsapp. They are telling me there is a liquidity mining pool that can earn you about 3-4% per day until 22nd March. I cant find this on binance website, so im assuming it’s a scam? Anyone know if it’s legit or not?

Hi there, I have a big problem with Binance.com. I did not know that US users are switched over from Binance.com to Binance.us. I always used a vpn to login so I didn’t know anything about it. My account is unverified on Binance.com. I do not have an account with Binance US. I have proof that it is my Binance.com account because I am the one who purchased alt coins on it with BTC from a hardware wallet to Binance. I have 2fa setup and everything. The issue I have is that the token I purchased on Binance.com in 2018 which is still in my wallet on Binance.com is NOT supported on Binance US.
What I want to do is withdraw the token from my Binance.com to my hardware wallet. But I have to login to Binance.com using a VPN because I am a U.S. citizen and resident. However, it will not allow me to verify my identity because there is no entry to verify on Binance.com for United States. My account is still anonymous on there but I can easily prove ownership of account prior to Binance moving US citizens off the site. I never traded this token since I bought the tokens. They are just sitting there from a time way before Binance decided to add a US exchange. What I want is to be verified so I can withdraw my tokens which are mine. This is a complicated issue because I cannot verify right now on the exchange where assets are located. Should I hire an attorney to contact Binance HQ? Or is there a way for me to verify my identity for the account on Binance.com so that I may withdraw them to a hardware wallet? If I login to Binance.com using my vpn and contact the live chat I am worried they will freeze the account since I am a U.S. citizen. How can I remove assets still on Binance.com owned by a U.S. citizen that has an unverified account on Binance.com? I need a way to verify so I can withdraw to a hardware wallet.
