Binance to Binance withdrawal fees
It seems a bit rediculous to me that you have to pay withdrawal fees to withdraw funds from Binance Jersey to Binance.com, for example. Surely there should be some internal system to transfer funds from one exchange to another that doesn’t require a physical transaction of tokens.
By comparison, you can transfer almost instantly and for free between Coinbase.com and Pro.Coinbase. Surely Binance can do the same? Perhaps that would increase volume on Binance Jersey?

Binance Jersey uses licensed Binance software, so while they are affiliated, they are completely separate entities.
A good analogy is a lot of games are developed with Unity nowadays, but that doesn’t mean something like Rimworld is owned by EPIC Games.
