Hi guys,

I’m using the websocket to retrieve executions in my system. I keep it alive by sending every 30′ a keepalive instruction.

Today, the user data stream was not sending execution, my system wrongfully thought it had no open positions when it actually had ones.

Anyone experienced one of those unexpected interruptions and do you have any idea on how to deal with it?

    The best place to discuss these issues would be in our API group on Telegram.

    We received some complaints around the same time you posted this and it was investigated. There should be no further issues. Let us know if it happens again.

    I’ve seen the same thing today and a few other times this past week. I am not sure how to deal with it.

    Me too, it seems like keepAlive function dose not work
