Binance, why dont you hire “human” to your support team?
I have submitted “development suggestion” 2 hours ago by ‘submit a request’ on support page.. Then suddenly i have received an email: ” Hello, thank you very much for such a good suggestion, which will make a great difference for the development of Binance. If your proposal is adopted, you will see the updates to the Binance platform in the near future.”
then i got suspicious if this email was automated or not then i wrote reply, “is it message automatic?” then suddenly i received anothers email: “Hello, thank you very much for such a good suggestion, which will make a great difference for the development of Binance. If your proposal is adopted, you will see the updates to the Binance platform in the near future.”

what the heck? really? we are not talking about 10$ worth Joomla website here we are talking about billion dollar company and they cannot even hire 1 human to “development suggestion” part of their support department? this is really really shameful for binance.

btw my development suggestion was this: “you have a great section in your website called “news” so when we click there we can see the latest news such as : “binance research etc.” but as far as i know we dont get notified by email when you publish news.. so i would like to get option in settings to get notified by email once you have news.. such as new research reports, news that published by binance. thank you!”
We receive many suggestions. They are filed and reviewed accordingly and do not require tailored, individual responses. As such, your suggestion will be reviewed.

I don’t see it as shameful at all. Why would they need a human for suggestions when they are already overloaded with actual support requests? Those are indefinitely more important to actually reply to.
And that’s not even mentioning all the *great ideas* people will send them for features that they already have, like the big follow button to get notifications for new here: https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/sections/115000202591-Latest-News
Why don’t you create your own exchange and do it? Your idea is absolute crap btw.
