Bitstamp blocked my fund for 11 days
Bitstamp blocked my withradrawls for vericafications purpose without any warnings. I sent all the documents they asked me and now they keep telling me that they will give me a response “as soon as possible”. I ve seen other people with money locked for more than one month. ONE MONTH ! And bitstamp is supposed to ne a legit exchange, how can you want your clients to see you as an legit exchange when you block the money of your client for days or months without any warnings an then put people in difficulté ?! What are you doing with our money ?! Maybe we should come together and file a collective complaint against bitstamp and shout it on social media to have more weight and get our money back, since that’s not bitstamp’s problem. I will not recommend an exchange like that to anyone, this is absurd !

I am in the same situation. day 50 today! without access to my funds. Please let me know if you found out how to get your withdrawals enabled. I can’t trade or withdraw…I have sent numerous letters to support and [complaints.@bitstamp.net](mailto:complaints.@bitstamp.net). But the process seems to be out of the hands of support…and we cannot move past support to talk to someone or department that handles the situation. Very very frustrating!! I am also desperate for any guidance. Anyone that managed to get their funds back from Bitstamp…please advise us how!
