Bitstamp is preventing withdrawal and has now blocked trades on my account. Red Flag????

I’m a physician and I work hard to earn my penny. I’ts been two months since I have received an e-mail saying that my account was over a review due to the AML policy. They have asked for some documents providing source of wealth and source of crypto deposits. All done in a couple of days.

It’s been more than 2 months now and I’m still unable to withdraw. Now it’s even worst: they have blocked trading!! Yes! I cannot trade anymore. Not even to protect my money. I have called the UK and Luxemburg numbers, they are of no use, since nobody answer. The US number is the only one in witch you can talk to someone. But they are of no help and they claim they cannot transfer the call to some one able to solve the issue.

I’m starting to think Bistamp is going to steal my money in some king of scheme. Will they shut down claiming some king of attack??

Anyone experiencing the same problem? I would really love to hear I’m just overreacting
