Can’t Access account due to lack of 2fa Authenticator

I changed my phone and didn’t realize that my accounts within Authenticator weren’t moved to the new device. Can you help me please access my account?

Hi! We can disable 2FA on your account so you’ll be able to login and set up 2FA again on your new phone.
In order for us to do that, login with your User ID & password and then click on the link under the 2FA entry field to request a two-factor authentication reset and follow the provided instructions.
