Can’t buy ADA/BTC.

Hello,

I’m trying to buy some ADA. I have deposited BTC in the trading account. Whenever trying to buy I get the error message:

‘**Failed to place the order -** Limit Buy ADA/BTC’

Can you please help?

    Good day! Yes, we have a scheduled maintenance at 15:00 – 17:00 (UTC +8). And just an update, KuCoin has completed the Quotation System Maintenance. Thank you.

    Oh wow.. well thanks for the update! If I’m reading the times correctly it’s looks like it will be down for only two hours

    Yeah I’m trying to sell some right now and KuCoin is saying “order creation for this pair is suspended” and it’s saying it even if I try trading any other coin. Must be down
