Back when crypto was hot hot hot it made sense that opening an account could take a while. But there is really no excuse for failing to unlock an account.
Tomorrow will be 1 week since I sent my photo and ID requested because I locked myself out of the account. Because I used software to generate and save my password I am pretty sure the problem actually started with Bitstamp. But, either way I need to gain access to my account and as a financial institution BitStamp is failing miserably if it can’t unlock an account the same day as service is requested.

Yes, this is ridiculous. I can only imagine how bad the situation would be in a bull market. My withdrawal has been stuck for days now, and today I finally got a reply from support that It is waiting to get processed by the payment department. Are they seriously processing the payments manually.. LOL. My account is verified and never had issues before. And im not able to cancel the withdrawal to withdraw from another exchange. Starting to think if they have some financial problems.. Not good at all
