    * Was Ian Balina advising these projects at the time of ICO price and through August 6th on 21 projects?
    * Is he advising these projects as of this post date?
    * Do these projects have other advisors?

    If KuCoin did not sign a performance based contract with clearly stated goals and benchmarks, then we could hire Kim K to do the same thing and maybe for less. I think in all transparency KuCoin should make public this contract/agreement.
