Per above. Am in the US and got past logging into my bank account and even shows the account information to be selected, but at the last screen, it just fails. Has been going on for over a week now. Anyone else seeing the same issue?

    Sorry to hear about that. Here’s some general advice you can try that might help. Try adding your bank account again and:

    – Check if all information you’re inserting matches the information on your Bitstamp account.
    – Check if you have enough funds on your bank account.
    – Try clearing your browser cache.
    – Try using a different browser and/or device.
    – Try using both our app and browser platform.

    Ping me on chat with your ticket number if it still doesn’t work after you’ve tried all that and we’ll dig deeper into this.
