I have to “Secure my account” but the app is not accepting the 6-digit code. This is starting to be VERY annoying. Also how comes I can log into my app on my phone but not in a web browser anymore?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you give me more information about where exactly the problem occurs and what kind of error you receive? Are you trying to enable 2FA on your account, or is it already set up and it’s invalid when you try to log in?
    You can open a support ticket, provide the relevant screenshots there and PM me your ticket number and I’ll help you resolve this.

    @Domen…. It doesn’t work. Trust me. I have sent you all several emails today. I have the other app and always generate a new number. The time I have spent trying to transfer is beyond ridiculous. I’ve sent a screen shot in. No one is helping me or fixing this stupid glitch. I want my crypto and I want out.
