Awaiting Fund on Terminated Account
It’s 6 days and counting after I was told by a support member that my account had been terminated a few years ago. I didn’t see the termination email in my inbox however I was told by this person that if I supplied my routing/bank info they would return to me my balance. I did so promptly (same day) via the support ticket email but have yet to hear anything back about whether they have verified the info, or submitted the transfer or even what the balance of my account is. If I call I get the same canned response that I must continue the email thread which is currently dead-ending as I’ve heard nothing back after almost 7 days now.
What if anything can I do? Everyday that passes I wonder how much the value will swing while I wait…
I don’t I understand the 7 day hold. I think it’s 7 days after they cash in on your account as the money I placed in cleared on February the 3rd. It’s a fast way for their company to invest and make bank.

Started the process over a week ago. And last email correspondence was sent 2 days ago. But still no payout as I watch BTC value drop. This is “phun”… gonna keep posting here until I get my payout. Hard to watch a massive drop in value as I continue to wait without them even being able to tell me what my official BTC balance is due to “security” issues and no ETA…
