Hey guys so I am kinda in a dilemma here and just wanted to look around if anyone knows a solution.
I have been on vacation to Greece 2 months ago and rented a car. Paid it online with the Binance Credit Card and also pre authorized the deposit of 900€ at the car rental to Alpha Bank.
Although it was a pre authorization the money got deducted immediately from my wallet and the car rental is hard to deal with since they dont usually have to deal with this, as pre authorization gets refunded automatically. I tried to contact Binance and the Support on the card multiple times with no result.
Does anyone had a similar situation or knows who to contact?

    Had a similar situation with a 300€ deposit for a car rental. Got an email from my rental company that the deposit was blocked but never deducted. Used this email to contact binance support and got refunded after 2 days.

    I contacted them via chat, told them the transaction id + a description and a screenshot of the conversation with the rental company.
