Since last friday I have been attempting to make a bank withdrawal, yet these requests keep getting stuck at the email confirmation phase. I have attempted many times to withdraw, yet I have not gotten a single confirmation email (no they are not in my junk folder). I can confirm that my e-mail adress is correct as I have received other emails from you. I would like to withdraw my funds ASAP. Thanks.

    If you can’t find them in your spam/junk folder and you’re sure there’s no filters or other security systems which could be blocking Bitstamp’s emails, I suggest we change the email connected to your Bitstamp account. Check your ticket for further instructions.
