Wallet is still open for withdraw you retard. Exchanges are not personal wallets to store coins on, they are for trading.

Anyway there was ample notice it was being delisted, and you can still withdraw so….

Seriously, is there no way to withdraw your POE? Am not sure when it was delisted and how long you were on vacation, but this sounds like robbery if true!

I agree that they should be more explicit about what coins are ST outside of the exchange/notify via email to holders whatever.

But don’t call them criminals when it was your decision not to transfer to a private wallet and ignore the exchange

Their support told me completely wrong things (must have spoken with wrong girl…)
I contacted them again and a more competent person told me I have time to withdraw untill december and explained how to do it.
    So all good
    Just poor customer support

No. They gave notice with the introduction of the ‘ST’. During this period it is a warning that these coins are in danger of being delisted.

How long were you on vacation?

May 5th was when they started Special Treatment and Po.et was on the list from the get go.

Did you not pay attention to your coins for over a month?

GG. Sorry bud, if you are going to ignore your coins be safe and put it in a private wallet.

I check the coin’s price, I imagined they would send an email to the people owning the delested coins. I do not go into their website to check announcements.
Obviuosly I am no expert, but still think this is out of this world

    Their support told me
There is nothing I can do about it.
    And cannot withdraw
    (No need to offend)
