For more than 45 days I am waiting for help with my wrong performed transaction. I have transferred my ETH from Binance to bitstamp via BEP20 instead of ERC… I got several time the answer that someone is working on the problem that I get my ETH back but the answer is more or less always the same: no new info, and it is complicated.

Can someone please give me a good and understandable answer?

    It’s the same thing with me. I did the transaction on Jan-30. Everything is correct in the ETH blockchain, but I did not get ETH in my balance.

    Support moved ticket to the high-level department and said it can take probably 1 day or 3 months… crazy. I lost profit in while.
