account bloced bcs of not giving the proof of other crypto sources…I have no other crypto sources..right at the time when I wanted to participate on XRP community activities… SCAM !
edit: I have called support, of course nothing happened, “there is not other help,..you have to wait” bla bla system. Very superficial.
Sorry to hear about the problems. You should’ve received an email with further instructions on what to provide in such a case.
If you haven’t made crypto deposits to your Bitstamp account and don’t plan to do so in the foreseeable future, you should provide a scan or photo of a statement saying “I have made no deposits of cryptocurrency assets to Bitstamp”, written and signed by you.
