Dear Bitstamp-Team

For about 3 months I am waiting for help with my wrong performed transaction. I have transferred my ETH from Binance to bitstamp via BEP20 instead of ERC… I got several time the answer that someone is working on the problem that I get my ETH back but the answer is more or less always the same: no new info, and it is complicated

So my question: are you serious that your support is working for this for so long? Other exchanges are dealing with this task within days! So what is precisely the problem?

    Such cases require special attention and multiple people. Our tech team needs to evaluate the possibility of recovering any wrongly sent transactions in cooperation with our wallet provider.
