The first ticket was about my request to change my account’s email address. We did it successfully, but the ticket was closed without enabling again withdrawals from my account, so I opened the second ticket asking you to enable bank and bitcoin withdrawals. Please check the two ticket and let me know if you need something else from me,

    Your ticket has just been replied. Additionally, I advise you never share any account information publicly to ensure the security of your account and recommend you edit out your ticket number from your post.
