so i’m one of the bitstamp user who got its account frozen, issue is the hotline has stopped talking….
I would appreciate if Ivana. K could answer me.

I’ve done EVERYTHING she asked for, and now she’s ignoring me, and is keeping my money. (this sentence could be said in another context… ). Centralized exchange is sooo great. You want issues, go on centralized exchanges…

Here is her last message:

I’ve done the signed message on feb 15, since i’ve got NO answer. Am i the only one to have a frozen account, even if i have proven EVERYTHING they asked me?
WHY DO THEY STOPPED ANSWERING ???
