Help! money I need is frozen in my account and can’t be withdrawn anywhere.

Can someone please help? I have been using my bitstamp account for months and suddenly, without warning, they are not letting me withdraw my money anymore. I understand if they want to review my account, and until they do, they won’t let me send crypto (even though I still don’t understand the reason they are doing it), but at least let me withdraw my money to the bank it came from!! I have a lot of money in it that I need to use and I can’t afford to wait for months until the account finishes it’s review.

    I am still waiting for my funds to be released. no action is being done with my account. I need my money or I will be evicted. What is going on with my account??
