I used to live in the USA. You can’t kyc there. I moved over a year ago to Paraguay. You can kyc there. I submitted my documents and they still say pending for weeks and then write me saying I can’t verify from my country. I live in Paraguay which is allowed to kyc. Why nobody in KuCoin helps

    I made the KuCoin when I was not here. I moved here. I have a Paraguyaun ID as I live here but I can’t change nationality since I will always be America. Not possible and really a bad rule
