as far as i know before they delist token kucoin marked it as ST (Special Treatment). by that time the token with ST should increased its volume to removed ST but if do’nt have volume then that’s the time to delist it just like what happen in POE. now CHSB need to increased its volume before Kucoin marked it for ST too.
