TBD; I accidentally sent some tokens last month to the wrong address, initially it was difficult finding all the information they requested, did that and they forwarded me to their tech teams to recover my tokens. I believe their tech teams are drowning in back work as it’s been 3-4 weeks since then and no word. Each time I reopen the ticket they say their tech teams are busy and will get to it asap; so idk TBD
Sent coins to wrong address. They were finally sent back by binance to me last week. My support ticket was opened in December.
I just had an amazing experience. Finally fed up with Bittrex high fees and lack of customer support, I decided to give Binance a try. I deposited a small amount and tried a few test trades. I noticed that they seemed to be rounding down my available balance so I thought it would be a great test of their customer support. I sent in a request, got a same day response in good English asking for a screen shot, and then a day and a half later I got a response apologizing for the late response and confirming my issue with their tech team. It was a problem with their GUI and it has been fixed. I was thanked for pointing it out. I jokingly asked if there would be a bounty and I got another fast response apologizing that bounties are only for security issue bugs, but you know what? I couldn’t have asked for a better service experience. Now if I can just get used to their trade minimums and little bugs with adding order numbers, I think I’ve found my new full time exchange.
