I can not receive confirmation mails from binance.je, in frist week i can not withdraw cyrptocurrency or whitelist any adresses because they need confirmation emails. now i can not enter my account because of ” It appears that you may be signing into Binance from a device we are unfamiliar with or one that you have not used for a long period of time. For your security, a confirmation email has been sent to your email address. ”

I can not use my account now can you help me please

    I had this same problem, I use an iCloud email which apparently won’t let you whitelist anything so I made a support ticket and they got it fixed for me next day. Just contact support and they’ll help you out

    Same here. I registered yesterday and still no email. This seems to be a recurring problem [because i found another post on this issue that dates back seven month](https://www.reddit.com/r/binance/comments/8z8qie/binance_emails_not_arriving/)s.
