I deposit a BTC in the Bitstamp wallet, and after 9 days, I still waiting to see my BTC. No efficient support to solve this delay. What kind of company is Bitsatamp? Is a company of scams?

    There is no Bitstamp wallet. There is an app that connects to your Bitstamp account & no, is not company of scams.

    I use Bitstamp since 2013 without problems.

    Use a blockchain explorer to verify your transaction. I deposited last week and it took about an hour to get the confirmation from the BTC network.
    Either:
    1. you did not send to the correct address
    2. you never sent anything and try to play blame games

    Bitstamp is the best out there.
