Hi there, I have an issue to verify my address with binance for the last 40days.I have uploaded my EU ID card, a financial identification document issued from my bank, but still the support team is rejecting it. I am struggling with it. please help me!!

    Had a similar issue, I used a document issued by the government about my current address. The document had 2 dates, the day it was issued and the day I moved in. My guess is it was getting rejected because the day I moved to that place was in big bald letters stating the year 2017. Using my internet bill got me verified in less than 2 hours. Try avoiding any documents that have dates older than 3 months.

    Then there something wrong with you photos and so on,
    It always takes me max 1 min and no problems
