Hi, I have submitted a bank transfer deposit few days ago, but until today, it hasn’t reflected on my account.

I have tried to create a ticket on your side, but still there is no response.

Please help.

    Hi, check your ticket for a reply from our support team. As a safety precaution, I would advise you never share your ticket numbers or any other personal information publicly and would suggest you to replace your ticket number with “BIT-######”.
