I have been making purchases since March 2018 using a debit card. While trying to make an International banking transfer I my bank information is still listed correctly, But I still cannot make the Deposit transfer.

I keep getting a message,

You must include the above message number in the bank deposit message in order to credit your bits their account

    Hi /u/ltbowers2003, when you open a deposit request on your Bitstamp account you receive our banking information and the mentioned message with your message number. To successfully transfer your funds to your Bitstamp account you still have to initiate a transfer from your bank (or your bank’s online banking service) to Bitstamp using all the information received when opening a deposit request on our website, the message number included.

    As this is your first attempt to deposit fiat funds to your Bitstamp account, I suggest you contact your bank and ask them for their assistance in initiating a deposit.
