NANO deposit never arrived

Anybody experience this or have ideas about how to correct? I sent well above the minimum, and confirmed the address on the blockchain. The expected time was supposed to be one network confirmation and it has been several hours. I made another (FIRO) deposit at about the same time that went through with no issues.
