Is ACH available to employees’s subaccounts?

As a company , we want to have subaccounts for each employee , as described in [https://www.bitstamp.net/faq/how-can-i-add-multiple-users-on-a-corporate-account/](https://www.bitstamp.net/faq/how-can-i-add-multiple-users-on-a-corporate-account/) .

But i wonder , whenever we transfer some USD from company’s account to a subaccount , if the latter can withdraw by ACH.

Is an employee’s subaccount considered personal ?
