Out of respect to the company’s operational requirements, we are only providing service for countries listed in the KYC countries list (US is not included), in order to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If a user’s country is not included in the list, unfortunately, we are temporarily unable to verify the user’s KYC. If the account is not KYC verified, the daily withdrawal limitation would be 2 BTC.

    Yes it is legal. As there is no current law on the books banning US citizens from trading on any platform. Companies themselves choice how to implement KYC/AML in accordance with their host countries laws or lack of. Some companies choice to limit withdraws for non KYC accounts to 2 btc a day., other have 1 btc or a straight warning saying if you log in from a US IP you will be denied access.

    When the US laws get written in the coming years they will favor US companies in this space in the name of “investor protection” and other others will be trade at your own risk.
