This is kind of a last ditch effort for me as I have basically been told repeatedly to do the same things and am met with canned responses when I can talk to an agent on live chat. Now I feel like I have been black listed as when I connect to support it will not put me through to an agent.

I have completed the passport verification twice with video of my claiming all legal responsibility and was told it has been lost.

I had one agent try to help me who had asked me to verify again but nothing since this.

I have now been told my a customer service agent to email my passport and video which does not feel secure at all, yet I’ve done it.

If anyone who works at KuCoin looks here. PLEASE HELP ME.
